Common questions
Is this a separate plan or a separate app?
Neither. The founder formats are part of Sentio, in the app you already have, at the current price.
What happens if my note does not actually contain a decision?
Decision Log tells you no decision was found. It is explicitly instructed not to turn an idea, a preference, or an open question into a decision you never made.
Will Customer Feedback make up quotes?
No. It keeps your interpretation separate from what the customer said, and only treats words as a direct quote when you quoted them in the recording.
Does Sentio send investor updates for me?
No. It writes an editable draft — metrics, wins, lowlights, asks, next month — and marks any section you did not cover. You review it and send it yourself.
Do I keep the original recording?
Yes. The transform flow keeps the spoken source available while you review the structured output, and you decide what to save.
